What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway. So as soon as you discover a fault, please email our Customer Care team at info@cowboytuned.com.au with the order number and details of the fault.

The item I’ve received is incorrect. What shall I do?

We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straightaway. Please contact our Customer Care team at info@cowboytuned.com.au with your order number and state the error and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

I’m missing an item from my order, what should I do?

We may have sent your items in separate parcels. Please contact us and we can provide your tracking number to you on all apparel orders.


How does your Australian Standard Delivery service work?

All T-shirts will be sent in Australia Post satchels.

Estimated standard delivery times are 5-7 business days from the date you place your order (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Where is my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived yet then please contact us immediately and we will provide you with a tracking number (if posted in a pre-paid satchel) from Australia post or sent from Manta Exhausts.

Why haven’t I received a shipping confirmation email?

First of all, we would like to suggest you check your junk mail if you’ve not shopped with us before.

Where are your size guides?

We never want to send you something that doesn’t fit properly so we have size guides available here.

What are your care instructions?

Care instructions vary by the product, please look for the care instruction label inside the garment. Please ensure you do not iron directly on top of the car print of any item.
